Pasta in South Seattle, cooked on Rainier Ave S

The Castello kitchen, 3756 Rainier Ave S Ste B, Seattle, WA 98144. Women-owned and family-run, cooking pizza and pasta in South Seattle seven days a week.

We are an Italian restaurant in South Seattle, at 3756 Rainier Ave S Ste B, open seven days a week for dine in, takeout and delivery. As of 2026 the menu carries sixteen named pasta dishes, prepared fresh for the order the same as the hand-tossed pizzas, and every one of them comes with garlic bread.

The sixteen dishes, grouped three ways

The pasta section splits into fettuccine, spaghetti, and the ravioli, lasagna and baked plates. The full list, with prices, is on the menu.

GroupOn the menu
FettuccineChicken Fettuccine, Castello's Fettuccine, Salmon Fettuccine, Fettuccine Carbonara, Baked Fettuccine Formaggio, Fettuccine with Broccoli & Garlic
SpaghettiSpaghetti Marinara, Spaghetti Meat Sauce, Spaghetti & Meatballs, Spaghetti Alfredo, Spaghetti Pesto
Ravioli, lasagna and the baked platesRavioli Marinara, Baked Ravioli, Lasagna, Polpette di Carne, Con Pollo

Five of the six fettuccine plates come in Alfredo sauce. Chicken and mushrooms on the Chicken Fettuccine, chicken with spinach and tomatoes on Castello's, bacon and green onions on the Carbonara, salmon with mushrooms and capers on the Salmon Fettuccine, basil after cooking, and meatballs with feta, goat and mozzarella on the Baked Fettuccine Formaggio. Fettuccine with Broccoli & Garlic is the one that does not: broccoli, garlic, mushrooms, tomatoes and parmesan.

On the spaghetti side the sauce is the decision: our homemade marinara, the same marinara made with meat, Alfredo with garlic and parmesan, or pesto with garlic and tomatoes.

Three plates carry the word Baked on the menu: Baked Ravioli, Polpette di Carne and Con Pollo. Those come out under mozzarella and parmesan, so Polpette di Carne is Italian meatballs in marinara and Con Pollo is marinated chicken breast the same way. Ravioli Marinara is not one of them: beef or cheese ravioli in marinara with garlic, parmesan and fresh basil after cooking. Lasagna comes beef or veggie, in marinara with mozzarella and parmesan.

If someone at the table does not eat meat, Fettuccine with Broccoli & Garlic, Spaghetti Marinara and Spaghetti Pesto are on the same list, and the ravioli and the lasagna are each ordered beef or meat free.

Garlic bread comes with it

Every pasta plate comes with garlic bread, so there is nothing to add on the side.
